Cristian Quiroz

Cristian Quiroz is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at both BlueFinch and GENE since November and January 2024, respectively. Prior to these positions, Cristian held multiple roles at Ampersand from September 2012 to December 2023, including Technical Director, Head of Development, Project Lead, and Developer. Cristian's early career includes experience as a Junior Coder at Solusystem.net and a Student in Professional Practices at Ecopetrol, where responsibilities involved the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of an information system. Cristian holds an MSc in Advanced Computer Science with specialization in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Manchester and a Systems Engineer degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
