Lei Wang

Lei Wang currently serves as the Director of IT for Bioinformatics Operation & Software Development at GeneCast Biotechnology Co., Ltd. since August 2017. Previously, Lei held the position of Director of Bioinformatics at CapitalBio Technology from January 2014 to July 2017, leading a team that provided bioinformatics support and developed software for various life science services. Prior to that, Lei worked as a Bioinformatics Manager at CapitalBio from February 2009 to December 2013, focusing on HLA genotyping and software development. Early in the career, Lei contributed as a Bioinformatics Research Assistant, aiding in the creation of data analysis pipelines. Educationally, Lei obtained a Master of Business Administration in FinTech from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from Southwest Jiaotong University.
