Reto Ossola

Reto Ossola has extensive experience in the fields of proteomics and software product management. Currently a Software Product Manager and Scientific Account Manager at Genedata since 2014, Reto leverages a solid background in biomarker research gleaned from a position as Group Leader at BiognoSYS AG from 2008 to 2013, where expertise in LC-MS technology development for multiplexed protein profiling was demonstrated. Prior roles include Research Scientist at ETH Zurich, focusing on applying proteomics to biomedical questions from 2003 to 2010, and Research Fellow at the Institute for Systems Biology, where the development and automation of peptide isolation technology was achieved. Reto's academic foundation includes a degree in Chemistry and Bioanalytics from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW and a prior qualification as a Chemical Lab Assistant from Novartis Ausbildungszentrum.
