Adriann Kern is a seasoned professional in clinical research operations with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Research Operations at GeneDx since September 2025, Adriann has held leadership roles including Director of Clinical Operations at Foresight Diagnostics and Director of Clinical Affairs at Exact Sciences. Previous positions include Director of Clinical Operations at Myriad Genetics, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing investigator-initiated studies, and Manager of Clinical Operations at Myriad Pharmaceuticals, focusing on oncology programs.
