Amy Stathakopoulos

Amy Stathakopoulos is a seasoned professional in healthcare and patient experience, currently serving as Senior Product Lead for Patient Experience & Engagement at GeneDx since September 2025. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Associate Director, Customer Experience Architect at GRAIL, where efforts focused on enhancing the provider experience and improving business growth through optimized workflows. Previous experience includes leading UX writing and content strategy at Hero, managing participant engagement at Evidation Health, and conducting health coaching at Restore Health. Amy began a career in public service at the San Francisco Department of Public Health, contributing to emergency preparedness initiatives.
