Ashley Kilcollins

Ashley Kilcollins, PhD, currently serves as Director of Operations Portfolio Management at GeneDx, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley held multiple positions at Sema4 from July 2018 to September 2022, including Director of Product Management for New Product and Solution Development, Director of Project Management (Oncology and Virology), and Scientific Senior Project Manager. Experience also includes a Postdoctoral Research Associate role at Weill Cornell Medicine where research focused on low-grade glioma models using cerebral organoids. During tenure at the University of Connecticut, Ashley advanced through various roles, including Graduate Research Assistant with significant research contributions in T cell activation and retinal development, and Graduate Teaching Assistant, facilitating laboratory sections in Anatomy and Physiology. Ashley earned a PhD in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut in 2017 and a BS in the same field in 2010.
