Isaac Palka

Isaac Palka is an accomplished leader in engineering with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience Engineering at GeneDx, Isaac oversees customer applications, ordering, and billing systems. Previously, as Head of Applications Engineering at Invitae, Isaac led the development of an AI/ML platform for managing medical records and genetic data for rare-disease patients. Isaac's engineering expertise spans multiple roles, including Senior Director positions at Signify Health and Cigna, where application development focused on value-based care and healthcare affordability. Isaac co-founded Zenly, pioneering a fully online real estate platform, and also held engineering positions at Bloomberg LP, where Isaac contributed to a flagship portfolio analytics tool, and at OrZiv Design & Development, involved in various hardware/software projects. Isaac holds an MBA in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union.
