Alex Padilla

Alex Padilla has extensive experience in security and operations management, currently serving as the Global Security Operations Center Lead at Genentech since 2005. Prior roles include CRO (Operations Lead) at Genentech, Asset Protection Manager at Kohl's from October 2004 to October 2005, and various positions at Marriott Hotels, including Loss Prevention Officer/Customer Service Specialist from May 2000 to October 2004. Alex also worked briefly as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at United Airlines in 2001. Alex holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Gateway Community College (2019-2022) and attended City College of San Francisco from 1996 to 1999.
