Francesca Tinga

Francesca Tinga is a Senior Engineer at Genentech, bringing a diverse international perspective from growing up in Manila, Singapore, and Shenzhen and residing in Berkeley, California. Francesca earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and has held various engineering roles, including Manufacturing Engineer II at Penumbra, Inc., and Environment, Health, and Safety Intern at Genentech. Francesca has also contributed to research at both the University of California, Berkeley and the University of the Philippines Diliman, focusing on topics like catalyst investigations and microfluidic device design. In their free time, Francesca enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.
