Gloria Chi

Gloria Chi is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in real-world data science and public health. Since May 2018, Gloria has held various senior roles at Genentech, progressing from Associate Data Scientist to Principal Data Scientist in Real World Data Science. Prior to joining Genentech, Gloria served as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from July 2016 to May 2018. Gloria's academic background includes a PhD in Epidemiology and a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington School of Public Health, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Public Health from UCLA. Additional experience includes research roles and outreach coordination, notably at the University of Washington and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.
