Hayley Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for the Chief Marketing Office at Genentech since November 2025, Hayley has also founded and teaches yoga at Hayley Evans Yoga, leading a transformative Vinyasa flow while pursuing advanced certifications. Prior to this, Hayley held the position of Director of Operations at MDCalc, where strategic initiatives and a team of 15 were managed. As Director of Operations at Wider Circle, operational models for senior citizen engagement programs were developed, resulting in significant member acquisition. Previous experience includes leading client implementations at Sitka and managing consulting projects at Triage Consulting Group. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Health from the University of Southern California.
