Janis Jermaks

Janis Jermaks has developed a robust academic and professional career in the field of chemistry, beginning with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Latvia in 2012. Following this, Janis Jermaks pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry at Cornell University, completing the program in 2018. Experience includes roles as a Graduate Student and Postdoctoral Research Associate at Cornell University, a Visiting Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, and a Laboratory Assistant at the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis. Since February 2020, Janis Jermaks has held positions as a Senior Scientist and currently as Principal Scientist at Genentech.
