Jeff Kennedy

Jeff Kennedy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Global P&C Business Partner (Senior Director) in Product Development Data Sciences at Genentech since June 2015. In this role, Jeff collaborates with PDD leaders and colleagues to support a global organization of approximately 1,000 employees across multiple functions. Previously, Jeff held similar senior director positions within Genentech, focusing on transforming clinical operations and overseeing significant organizational changes. Prior to Genentech, Jeff gained valuable experience at Realize HR, Aurora Algae, Marketside (Wal-Mart), Gap Inc., and Microsoft, where contributions included strategic consulting, HR leadership during growth phases, and the implementation of innovative people strategies. Jeff holds a JD from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and a BA in English from the University at Albany.
