Karishma Dagar Leibfried is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and business operations within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy & Business Operations at Genentech since November 2016, Karishma has held various key roles, including Interim Chief of Staff for Rare Diseases and Senior Marketing Manager for both Rare Disease and Patient Support Services. Prior experience includes positions in Corporate Strategy at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Associate Consultant and Associate roles at L.E.K. Consulting, and a Graduate Internship in Clinical Operations at Amgen.
