Katie Adams

Katie Adams is an accomplished professional in government affairs and policy analysis, currently serving as the Director of Federal Government Affairs at Genentech since October 2025. Prior to this role, Katie held the position of Senior Policy Analyst at the Bipartisan Policy Center from June 2023 to October 2025. Katie’s experience includes advocating for domestic issues as a Policy Advocate at the United Church of Christ from January 2018 to June 2023, and supporting operations at The ONE Campaign from June 2012 to December 2017. Earlier in Katie's career, professional contributions were made as a Professional Staff Member for the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee in the US Senate and as a Staffer/Professional Staff Member in the United States Senate from 2006 to 2012. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a focus on American History from Fort Lewis College.
