Luciana Molinero

Luciana Molinero is a prominent expert in cancer immunotherapy and biomarker development with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as Senior Director at Genentech since April 2014, Luciana has held various leadership roles focusing on cancer immunotherapy, including directing clinical trials in breast and gynecological malignancies. Previous positions include Research Associate at the University of Chicago, where Luciana managed research in solid organ transplantation immunology, and a postdoctoral scholar studying rejection mechanisms in genetically modified models. Luciana obtained a PhD in Biology/Immunology from the University of Buenos Aires, where research centered on T cell signaling pathways, alongside early research experience generating molecular genetic markers in agricultural contexts.
