Lueida Taylor is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Genentech since August 2022. Taylor has extensive experience in HR roles, including a Senior Human Resources Business Partner position at 23andMe and earlier roles at Genentech and Kaiser Permanente. As the founder of Your Third Act Journey, Taylor focuses on life transitions coaching, assisting individuals in discovering their purpose during significant life changes.
