Matthias Thurner

Matthias Thurner serves as a Business Development Project Leader, Senior Manager at Genentech since March 2024. Previously, Matthias held multiple senior roles at Kyttaro Limited and Cambridge Science, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Scientific Strategy from May 2021 to March 2024. Matthias also occupied similar positions at OVIBIO and was a Life Sciences Specialist at L.E.K. Consulting between April 2018 and April 2021. As Co-Founder of BioMe Oxford Ltd from 2015 to March 2018 and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford in 2017, Matthias contributes extensive experience in scientific strategy and development. Educational achievements include a DPhil in Genomic Medicine and Statistics from the University of Oxford (2012-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCL (2009-2012).
