Maxwell Pereira

Maxwell Pereira is an accomplished Senior IT Expert at Genentech, leading the strategy and operations of the Specialty Services lab informatics support group since June 2021. With a strong background in system support, Maxwell has effectively provided consultancy to various business units and has executed critical operating system rebuilds for custom Linux workstations. Prior roles include Systems Specialist I, where responsibilities expanded significantly, and Associate Systems Specialist, where notable contributions included developing a C# based GUI application for lab computer systems. Additionally, Maxwell made significant efficiency improvements as a Hardware Lifecycle Services Technician through JavaScript automation. Earlier experience at the University of California, Santa Cruz involved supporting educational technology and facilitating video migrations.
