Nicole Steels, MHRM, is a People and Culture Leader, Speaker, and Consultant with extensive experience in developing and implementing innovative HR initiatives. They served in various HR roles at YMCA from 2001 to 2005, including HR Generalist and Senior HR Generalist, before becoming Manager of Human Resources at Wrightwood Capital in 2008-2009.
