Sam Deputy is an experienced leader in operations and logistics, currently serving as the Director of Oceanside Site Security at Genentech. They have held various leadership roles in the U.S. Marine Corps, including Colonel and Commanding Officer, where they oversaw large teams and complex operations. Sam’s experience includes managing logistics for Genentech's new BioPharma Production Facility and leading human resource initiatives for over 40,000 personnel. They hold a Master of Science in Military Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
