Sean Clemenza

Sean Clemenza, PMP, serves as the Director of Asset Management at Genentech, where responsibilities include overseeing a 5-million-square-foot campus and managing over 10,000 mechanical systems across more than 50 buildings. Clemenza has successfully implemented a condition-based approach that has reduced preventative maintenance time by over 15,000 hours annually while enhancing site reliability. Prior roles at Johnson & Johnson involved leading operations and facilities management for a regulated campus, along with various engineering and management positions at ALZA Corporation and Hitachi GST. Clemenza holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Ecology from the University of California, Davis.
