Shardul Lavande

Shardul Lavande possesses extensive experience in product and portfolio management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Delivery Management Section Lead and Product Management Section Lead at Genentech since 2020, Shardul focuses on clinical trials, biometrics, registration, safety, and quality, while also overseeing global teams and driving DevOps and Agile transformation. Prior to Genentech, Shardul held the position of Head Digital Portfolio at Kohl's, managing a digital portfolio with over $100 million in investments. Experience includes serving as Director of Program and Product Management in Analytics at Kaiser Permanente and holding consulting roles at Anthem, GE, and TCS. Shardul holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and advanced degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and the University of Mumbai.
