Szymon Juszkiewicz

Szymon Juszkiewicz is a Principal Scientist and Group Leader at Genentech since January 2023, previously serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology from August 2015 to December 2022, where research focused on proteomics related to ribosome collisions. Szymon obtained a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge in 2019 after conducting notable research under Dr. Ramanujan Hegde, which led to recognition such as the Max Perutz Student Prize. Academic training also includes an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University, where involvement in various research roles enhanced academic foundations.
