Victoria Pickering is currently the Senior Director of Analytics & Portfolio Optimization in Product Development for Global Clinical Operations. Previously, they served as the Global Head of Analytics and Insights at Roche and held various roles at Genentech, including Business Operations Lead in Biomarker Management. Their earlier career included positions as a Research Biologist and Research Associate in the biomedical research field. Victoria is pursuing a BS in Statistics from San Francisco State University, an MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, and a degree in Medicine from First Moscow State Medical University.
