Waves Mowatt-Kane

Waves Mowatt-Kane, MA, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Board Member at LET'S GO Boys and Girls, focusing on equitable access to STEM education for historically marginalized communities. As the Director of Experience Design at Genentech, Waves leads human-centered design initiatives in biotechnology, integrating Design Thinking and customer insights to enhance patient and partner experiences. Previously, Waves held multiple director-level positions in customer experience and digital transformation at companies such as Amtrak and Corporate Executive Board, overseeing agile program management and innovative design strategies. Waves's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Arts in Design Leadership from Maryland Institute College of Art.
