Xing Zhang

Xing (Nancy) Zhang is a highly experienced Senior Principal Scientist at Genentech, overseeing Discovery Bioanalysis operations and global CRO collaborations since December 2019. Prior to this role, Zhang served as a Scientist at BioElectron Technology Corporation and as a Research Scientist at the University of Colorado Denver, focusing on compound annotation, method development for high throughput workflows, and assay development for clinical applications. Zhang's postdoctoral research at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory involved optimizing isomeric separation techniques, while earlier research as a Research Assistant at Washington State University contributed to advancements in IMS-TOFMS performance. Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry and a Master's degree in Statistics, both from Washington State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Hunan University.
