Aja Jacobs has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2004 with a Supervisor role at the St. Louis Science Center (YES Program), followed by an Intern role at The Genome Institute at Washington University in 2006. In 2012, Jacobs took on a Lab Technician role at Monsanto, and then in 2013, a Laboratory Analyst 2 role at Eurofins. In 2017, Jacobs became an Assistant Scientist at Q2 Solutions, followed by a Senior Laboratory Technician role at Ecolab in 2018. Most recently, in 2021, Jacobs began a Clinical Laboratory Scientist role at Geneoscopy, where they are conducting research on the development of a non-invasive screening assay for colorectal cancer and other gastrointestinal diseases.
