Jim Fitzgibbon

Jim Fitzgibbon has over 12 years of experience in business development and marketing. Jim began their career in 2005 as Director at QHS, LLC., a boutique mergers & acquisitions firm specializing in the wireless telecommunications industry. In 2008, they joined Roche Tissue Diagnostics - Ventana Medical Systems as Senior Business Development Manager and held several roles over the next 10 years, including Global Senior Product Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, North America Commercial Operations, and Director/Senior International Product Manager. In 2018, they moved to Caris Life Sciences as Sr. Director, Product Marketing & Product Management. In 2020, they joined AstraZeneca as Head of US Oncology Precision Medicine and Nurse Education (Interim) & Sr. Director, Marketing. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Geneoscopy as Vice President, Business Development and Biopharma Partnering.

Jim Fitzgibbon has an extensive educational background. Jim earned a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA in Finance, General from Clemson University, a Certificate in Cancer Genomics and Precision Oncolgy from Harvard Medical School, and Professional Studies in Genetics and Genomics from Stanford Continuing Studies. Additionally, they obtained a BIO Business Development Fundamentals certification from the Biotechnology Industry Organization in June 2014.
