Brian Eastman

Brian Eastman has a diverse work experience in engineering roles, starting as a Mechanical Engineer at Taurus Engineering in 2006. Brian then progressed to roles such as Mechanical Engineer at production robotics, Product and Tooling Engineer at Amphenol DC Electronics, and Hardware Engineer at BioNex Solutions. Eastman has also served as a Product Engineering Consultant at Tag-Connect and Neluva, Inc. Brian founded Mindset Design LLC in 2018 and later worked as a Mechanical Engineering Contractor for Gener8. Eastman also co-founded Plastic Sample Kits and served as CEO before selling the company in 2022. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Engineering at Gener8.

Brian Eastman completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at UC Irvine from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including the Certified SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Design Expert from Dassault Systèmes in 2015 and the New Product Development Professional (NPDP) from the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) in 2018.
