Linda Janes

Linda Janes is the Director of gBETA Anchorage, a startup accelerator with gener8tor. Linda has over 20 years of experience in various fields including real estate, entrepreneurship, and public relations.

Linda started their career in real estate, investing in Storm Petrel Estates for 15 years and 10 months. During this time, they also co-founded and served as the COO of VH Hydroponics for 5 years. VH Hydroponics is a mobile vertical farming company with the mission of making hydroponic farming easy and accessible. In 2015, Linda co-founded Zip Kombucha, a kombucha brewery in Anchorage, AK. Linda served as the VP of Public Relations and Board of Directors for CRAFT (Center of Russian-American Friendship and Trade) for 1 year and 2 months. Linda is currently the Director of gBETA Anchorage, a startup accelerator with gener8tor.

Linda Janes has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Alaska Anchorage, a B.S. in Biology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and a minor in French and Military Science. Linda is a cum laude honor graduate and a distinguished military graduate. Linda is also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
