Megan Baniecke

Megan Baniecke has a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of St. Thomas. Megan is currently the Managing Director - MSP Equity Accelerator at gener8tor, where Megan supports high-growth startups founded by Black, Brown, and Women entrepreneurs. Megan has experience in various roles such as Director of gBETA St. Thomas and gBETA Medtech, as well as an Associate at gener8tor. Megan is also a member of Global Women in VC, a community of women in venture capital. In the past, Megan interned at Giften Market and Cardiomelon, gaining skills in marketing, social media, and content creation.
