Jeffrey Hargrave

Jeffrey Hargrave has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and operations industry. Jeffrey is currently employed as the Vice President Operations at Genera Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Graphic Packaging International, LLC from October 2018 to May 2023. Jeffrey also served as the Resident Mill Manager and Sr Manufacturing Manager at the same company from September 2016 to October 2018 and from March 2014 to October 2016, respectively. Before joining Graphic Packaging International, LLC, they worked as a Paper Superintendent at International Paper from October 2012 to March 2014, and as a Paper Mill Superintendent at Rock-Tenn Company from February 2012 to September 2012. Jeffrey started their career at Boise Inc. as a Paper Production Superintendent from September 2005 to February 2012 after working as a Paper Technical Assistant at Domtar from June 1997 to August 2005. Jeffrey began their career as an Engineering Co-op at Champion International from February 1993 to September 1996.

Jeffrey Hargrave attended Auburn University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Pulp/Paper. Jeffrey also obtained another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering during the same period.
