Gaurang Kavaiya

Gaurang Kavaiya is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in the energy and semiconductor sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for Energy Technologies at Generac Power Systems, Gaurang has held various leadership roles at SunPower Corporation, including Vice President of Residential Products and Senior Director of Electronic and Residential Products. Additionally, Gaurang has contributed to Tendril as a board member and has held senior positions at Cypress Semiconductor, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Strategic PSoC Accounts and PSoC Systems Engineering Director. Gaurang's career also includes roles at Microchip Technology, culminating in leadership of the Applications Group. Gaurang holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Gujarat University.
