Jeff McAndrew, MBA, is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the clean energy and security industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Generac Power Systems since October 2019, Jeff oversees a nationwide team of 20, driving growth in energy storage adoption across North America while ensuring cohesive collaboration between inside and outside sales teams. Previously, as Director of Sales for Eastern North America at Generac, significant achievements included 3000% growth over 2020 and establishing numerous new distribution partnerships. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Accounts at Pika Energy, where Jeff contributed to continuous market growth and team development, and various sales positions at Tyco Integrated Security, consistently exceeding performance targets. Jeff holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University and dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing and International Business from Penn State University.
