Patrick Novaria

Patrick Novaria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations engineering and maintenance management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations Engineering and Maintenance at Generac Power Systems since July 2021, Patrick previously held the position of Senior Manager of Facility and Maintenance at Thirty-One Gifts from June 2010 to July 2021. During this tenure, responsibilities included overseeing timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and the functionality of facility equipment, as well as training and mentoring facilities staff across three sites. Prior to this, Patrick served as Maintenance Manager at The Longaberger Company from February 1995 to June 2010, where similar responsibilities were managed.
