Randy Sandlin

Randy Sandlin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and industrial design. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Product Management and Industrial Design at Generac Power Systems since October 2019, Sandlin has held multiple senior roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of Global Product Management and Corporate Marketing, and Vice President of Global Product Management. Prior to Generac, Sandlin held the Director of Marketing position at Chamberlain Group and served as Vice President of Product Management at Fluidic Energy. Notable previous roles also include Vice President of Advanced Concepts at Radio Flyer and various leadership positions at Electrolux, where responsibilities encompassed consumer experience, industrial design, and new business development. Sandlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design with a focus on Product Design from The Ohio State University.
