Rebecca Labinski

Rebecca Labinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management, customer service, and team leadership. Currently serving as Global Business Process Owner for OTC-OM at Generac Power Systems Inc. since January 2024, Rebecca has also held the position of SAP Implementation Team Lead at the same company since January 2021. Prior to this, Rebecca spent almost 12 years at Rexnord Industries, LLC as Customer Service Manager, demonstrating a strong analytical approach to driving value-driven solutions. Rebecca's career began at Johnson Controls, where a range of roles in customer service management were held from 1995 to 2006. Additional experience includes managerial roles at the BloodCenter of Wisconsin and expertise in leading customer service teams across various industries. Rebecca holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
