Tom Wright

Tom Wright is a highly experienced embedded systems and software engineer with a rich background in firmware development, systems architecture, and product design. Currently serving as a Staff Embedded Systems Engineer at Generac since April 2023, Tom previously held roles as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at i3 Product Development and as Staff Firmware Engineer at Generac Power Systems, where contributions included the development of IoT LTE wireless device firmware. Tom's extensive career spans positions at GE Healthcare, Northwestern Mutual, and Electronic Data Systems, showcasing a strong foundation in C/C++ software development, embedded systems, and technology-based research. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Marquette University.
