Ryan Craven Ed.D, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Teacher at Douglas County School District until 2011 when they transitioned into an Administration role. In 2014, they joined General Air Service & Supply as the Director of Personnel Development. From there, they progressed to Vice President of Personnel, Vice President and General Manager, and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President.

Ryan Craven Ed.D, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive education history. Ryan obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Education from Jones International University from the year 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Denver, graduating in 2008. Furthermore, in the domain of undergraduate studies, they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Northern Colorado, graduating in 2002. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, obtained in June 2016 from SHRM institution.
