Matt Shaw

Matt Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Matt started their career at the Met Office in 1998 as PC Desktop Support. Matt then moved to iSOFT in 2001 as a Managed Services Tech. Later, in 2004, they joined GAP Ltd as an IT Technician and eventually became an IT Manager in December 2010. In their role as IT Manager, Matt was responsible for managing a team of IT Techs and developers, providing IT support and internal software solutions for bespoke business processes. Matt successfully adapted the IT function to meet the changing demands of the company as it grew to over a hundred sites across the UK. Additionally, they identified and implemented various business improvements and IT services to enhance company efficiency and performance.
