Amy Hastings

Amy Hastings has been working in the legal field since 2015. Amy began their career as General Counsel at Perk in 2015, then moved on to become VP Corporate Development, M&A Lead Counsel and General Counsel at RhythmOne in 2017. In the same year, they were also appointed Board Member, Audit Committee Member, and Corporate Secretary at Communitech. In 2018, they became Legal Advisor at Beachfront and sortable (which was later acquired by Publisher First, Inc.). Amy also co-founded Federated Foundry and served as General Counsel in 2021. In the same year, they were also appointed Legal Advisor at Fibernetics. In 2020, they became General Counsel at General Assembly Pizza and Legal Advisor at TextNow in 2019. Currently, they are serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at PopReach Corporation since 2022.

Amy Hastings earned their BA in Political Science from Columbia University in 2005. Amy then went on to pursue their LLB in Law from the University of Windsor, which they completed in 2009.
