Annabel Neff has extensive experience in product operations, currently serving as the Director of Product Operations at General Assembly since December 2018, where previous roles included Manager, Senior Product Operations Manager, Product Operations Manager, and Product Operations Associate. Prior to General Assembly, Annabel worked at Airbnb from 2015 to 2018 as a Project Manager in Photography Operations, as well as in customer service roles. Earlier experience includes positions as Development Operations Assistant at the California Academy of Sciences, Programs and Development Intern at CoachArt, Development Intern at Youth Speaks, and Database Manager and Facility Coordinator at Fleischman Field Research. Annabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2006-2010) and has continued education at General Assembly since 2016.
