Olivia Kalinowski is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and customer experience. As an Associate Instructor in Product Management and Design at General Assembly, Olivia contributes to the development of future professionals. Previously, Olivia served as a Customer Experience Specialist at Suncorp Group, enhancing client interactions and satisfaction.
