Plentis Dupree M.a.t.

Plentis Dupree M.A.T. possesses a diverse background in education and software engineering, currently serving as a Software Engineering Fellow at General Assembly since March 2022, where operational projects for student arithmetic practice and responsive website development have been created. As a Lead Teacher at St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School since July 2021, lesson plans for 6th grade math are collaboratively designed, incorporating technology to enhance learning. Previous experience includes roles as a Founding Teacher at KIPP NYC, where a rigorous math curriculum was established, and Lead Teacher positions at Explore Charter School and Achievement First, contributing significantly to student success in math. Earlier career highlights include teaching roles in martial arts and chess, alongside experience in pool management. Plentis Dupree obtained a MAT in Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Math from Morehouse College.
