Anthony Cenzano

Anthony Cenzano is an experienced executive with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as Vice President at General Atlantic since February 2024, Anthony focuses on providing strategic support to portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Anthony was a Partner at Calibre One, where responsibilities included leading full lifecycle retained executive searches and training new consultants. Anthony also held positions as a Senior Associate at Daversa Partners, overseeing VP and C-level searches, and served as Principal at Riviera Partners. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Rutgers College and an M.A. from the University of San Diego, complemented by earlier experience as a Teacher for the NYC Department of Education and as a Research Assistant at Columbia University.
