David Buckley

Managing Director, Global Head Of Growth Acceleration at General Atlantic

David Buckley has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. David began their career in the US Army, where they served as a Captain and held various leadership positions within the 82nd Airborne Division and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. After leaving the military, David joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where they worked for five years before transitioning to General Atlantic. At General Atlantic, David held the role of Managing Director and served as the Global Head of Growth Acceleration. Currently, David is an Advisory Board Member at the Nanovic Institute for European Studies.

David Buckley completed their early education at the University of Notre Dame, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Politics and History in the period between 1993 and 1997. Later, they pursued further studies at Princeton University, specifically at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. David successfully completed a Masters in Public Policy from Princeton University in the year 2006. The field of study for their master's degree is not specified.
