Bradley R. Wilson

Bradley R. Wilson has extensive experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Leader at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since September 2016. Previously, at Pentair Technical Solutions, Wilson held various roles including Lean & Manufacturing Engineering Manager, implementing Operational Excellence through Shingo Methodology and leading numerous cost-saving initiatives. Earlier positions include Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt at ITT Pure-Flo CA, where significant savings and efficiency improvements were achieved. Wilson's career also includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer and Industrial Engineer at several companies, consistently driving process improvements, cost reductions, and high performance in manufacturing environments. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
