Caroline Rye

Caroline Rye currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since July 2020. Previously at Northrop Grumman from October 2012 to June 2020, Caroline held various managerial roles, including Global Hawk International Production Business Manager and Global Hawk Cost Control Lead, and received recognition as Employee of the Month in June 2014. Prior experience includes positions at Prudential Financial, California Pizza Kitchen, Nuffer, Smith, Tucker Public Relations, and SeaWorld San Diego. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from San Diego State University, along with multiple certificates from Cornell University in Employee Relations, Human Resources Studies, and Performance Measurement.
