David Greenwood

Deputy Director Of Airport Operations at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems

David Greenwood has extensive experience in aviation operations, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Airport Operations at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since May 2009. In this role, David oversees operational management for five airports, focusing on Maintenance Control and Flight Scheduling departments. Previous positions include Program Manager, managing maintenance control and flight scheduling for UAV systems in California; Project Manager, coordinating UAV flight scheduling with military agencies; and Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator, handling production and maintenance schedules for MQ-1 and MQ-9 aircraft. Prior to joining General Atomics, David served as a UH-60 Maintenance Test Pilot in the U.S. Army for 20 years. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completed in 1999.
